Authority before rules. Evidence before expansion.

Make your next AI workflow a decision you can defend.

Before an AI agent acts for your business, define what it may do, where a person must approve, and what evidence the decision must leave behind. BAI helps leaders turn one real workflow into a practical, governed pilot plan.

Founder-led advisory for banking, credit unions, and teams working in regulated environments. Initial discovery uses non-sensitive process descriptions.

Start with the work

One workflow. Clear boundaries. A concrete next step.

01 / MAP

Understand the current process

Identify handoffs, delays, rework, decision owners, data classifications, and control gaps before choosing automation.

02 / BOUND

Define permitted authority

Set tool and data permissions, human approval gates, escalation owners, fallback boundaries, and revocation expectations.

03 / PROVE

Specify the evidence

Build a measurable pilot plan: baseline performance, acceptance scenarios, failure handling, and the evidence a reviewer should expect.

Workflow & AI Authority Assessment

Fixed scope • one workflow

$2,500

Proposed fixed fee, confirmed in a written scope before work starts. Target delivery: 10 business days after kickoff and receipt of agreed inputs; the schedule is confirmed together.

Discuss your workflow

What you provide

  • A named process owner and a short workflow walkthrough.
  • Sanitized process documents and examples.
  • Existing approval rules, constraints, and available baseline measures.

No account credentials, customer records, or regulated personal data in initial inquiries.

What you receive

  • Current-state workflow map and opportunity assessment.
  • AI authority, data-access, and human-approval matrix.
  • Risk and control-gap register.
  • Pilot roadmap, measures, and acceptance-test plan.
  • Executive readout with go, revise, or stop recommendation.

Implementation, production integrations, ongoing monitoring, legal opinions, and compliance certification are outside this assessment. Any later pilot requires a separate agreed scope.

The demonstration behind the approach

Sentinel makes the boundaries visible.

Explore six fixed synthetic scenarios showing permitted actions, required approvals, a bypass rejection, low-confidence fallback, and a denied tool. Decision X-Ray exposes the decision and its evidence trace.

This is a deterministic reference demonstration. It uses simulated approvals and synthetic inputs. It does not connect to live business tools, accept customer workflows, or establish production readiness for the proprietary Sentinel platform.

Founder

Operational leadership meets independent risk oversight.

Juan A. Martinez Diaz, MBA, brings enterprise technology leadership, Wells Fargo vice president-level independent technology risk oversight, and practical work on governed AI workflows. Through BAI and Sentinel, his focus is where AI can improve performance and what evidence leaders need before expanding its authority.

Questions before getting started

Is Sentinel a production platform I can deploy today?

No. The public reference demo illustrates a bounded governance pattern. Production use requires separate runtime validation, security and operating controls, and engagement-specific acceptance.

Will the assessment prove savings or compliance?

The assessment identifies opportunities and defines how a pilot should measure outcomes. Savings, compliance conclusions, and operating effectiveness must be established with appropriate evidence; they are not promised.

What happens after I inquire?

Juan reviews your non-sensitive process summary, arranges a discovery conversation, and confirms fit. A written scope identifies deliverables, schedule, payment terms, data handling, and acceptance before paid work begins.

Which workflow needs clearer authority?

Email your organization, your role, and a short description of the workflow. Keep it general. Share sensitive materials only after the scope and a suitable handling method are agreed.
